Fountain Square Creative Arts Festival (FSCAF) will bring the neighborhood outside to showcase what the area has to offer in support of each other to drive business to the area. The event is centered around a pop-up fashion show featuring eight artists selected to bring their creative vision to the stage, street vending, and the local businesses.
