After you submit your request, we’ll reach out within 1–2 business days to discuss your ideas, confirm material availability, and finalize the design details. Once we’ve agreed on the design and pricing, a 50% deposit is required to begin work (amount based on the total order value). The remaining balance is due at pickup or before shipping.
Timeline: Most custom pieces are completed within 2–3 weeks after deposit confirmation, depending on material sourcing and current order volume. We’ll provide an estimated completion date when we confirm your order.
