Once we’ve agreed on the design and pricing, a 50% deposit is required to begin work (amount based on the total order value). The remaining balance is due at pickup or before shipping.

Timeline: Most custom pieces are completed within 2–3 weeks after deposit confirmation, depending on material sourcing and current order volume. We’ll provide an estimated completion date when we confirm your order.
