We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for jewelry purchases where you simply change your mind, choose the wrong size, or find a better price elsewhere. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, photos, and size guides before placing your order.
While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are deeply committed to ensuring your handmade jewelry is a lasting treasure. Every piece is crafted by us, not by outside manufacturers, and we take full responsibility for its integrity.
As the artisans who created your jewelry, we proudly offer the following services:
Resizing: We understand that a perfect fit is hard to determine online. We offer one complimentary resizing for our bracelets within 30 days of purchase, provided the resizing is feasible for the specific design and material.
Sizing Down: Complimentary.
Sizing Up: We will cover the labor, but you will be charged for the additional crystals or materials needed to complete the resizing. We will provide a quote before proceeding.

Repairs: We will repair any piece that has a flaw in materials or workmanship. Please contact us at earthfireindy@gmail.com with your order number and details/photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide you with a solution.
Important: All repairs and resizing must be pre-approved via email. Items sent to us without prior authorization will be refused or returned. For approved requests, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions. Repair and resize services do not cover damage resulting from accidents, loss, theft, negligence, or improper care.
